Meet Zac Brookman

Personal Trainer

Zac’s first word was Baseball and has been playing sports since he could walk. Zac got involved in sports medicine in college and continued into graduate school as it was a great way to stay around collegiate sports. He loves the fitness atmosphere and personal training because it is closely related to sports medicine.

Zac’s favorite part of personal training is teaching and learning new exercises. There is always something new to learn in a gym. It’s a great feeling when a client sees the results of training and is enthusiastic to get back in the gym. His background in sports medicine gives him a dual threat of clinical rehabilitation techniques, with sport-specific exercises to increase power, strength, and explosiveness.
