Chemicals peels can help bring your out a brighter, smoother, more refined complexion instantly. Whether you want to improve discoloration caused by sun damage, clear up breakouts and acne scarring, or smooth away the look of wrinkles, chemical peels are proven to noticeably improve your skin in many ways.
What are they?
Chemical Peels dissolve the connection that holds dead cells together on the surface of the skin, revealing the younger, healthier skin beneath. We have a variety of different strengths of chemical peels ranging from mild to deep.
How it works:
We offer a variety of chemical peels from light and gentle peels, like Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid, and stronger peels that penetrate the skin deeper, like TCA and Jessner. (See below for more details.) The use of these peels depends on the condition of your skin, which will be determined at treatment time.
Results vary depending on the peel that best fits your skin type, but all chemical peels are designed to help the skin look noticeably younger and smoother.
Mild to Moderate Peels
Lactic Acid Peel
Ideal for first-time peelers and sensitive skin types.
This AHA peel lightens and brightens while helping the skin retain moisture. Can be added to any facial treatment. Very little to no peeling is expected.
Salicylic Acid Peel
Ideal for thick, oily, vascular and/or acne-prone skin.
This peel contains salicylic acid to break down oil, shrink oil glands and exfoliate inside and outside the follicle walls. May be added to most facial treatments. As a stand-alone treatment, a series of three treatments is recommended for best results. Mild flaking may be expected.
Glycolic Acid Peel
Ideal for aging skin and those with hyper pigmentation.
This AHA peel penetrates deeper than a lactic acid peel and is ideal for aging, acne scarred or thick built up skin. It addresses fine lines and pigment concerns and stimulates collagen production, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and renewed after a mild flaking process that can last one to three days. Can be added to most facial treatments. As a stand-alone treatment, a series of six treatments is recommended for best results.
